How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from within the app:

1. Open Gym Mate and sign in
2. Go to the Settings tab
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your account and profile information (email, display name, profile photo)
• All workout sessions and training history
• All training programs
• All nutrition logs, saved meals, and food data
• Body weight logs
• Custom exercises
• User preferences and settings
• Trainer-client connections and related data

Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
• If you are connected to a trainer, the connection will be removed and your trainer will no longer have access to your data
• Health data (steps, sleep) read from Apple HealthKit or Health Connect is never stored on our servers and is not affected

Alternative: Email Request

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at warren.pistorius@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account.
